ORDER #27
2 orders ahead · about 8 min
The little plastic puck had a good run. Ring Ring turns the phone already in your customer’s pocket into a private, live order ticket.
A tiny ritual at the till buys everyone a calmer wait. The whole customer journey fits on one ticket.
The cashier enters the order number. Ring Ring generates a private four-digit tracking code.
The customer opens the ticket on their phone and sees the queue, estimated wait and live status.
One tap on Ready turns their phone into the pager — complete with sound, flash and vibration.
Open the live product, add an order at the counter, then move it from waiting to ready to picked up. No demo account, no fake counter.
Useful at 12:15 on a Saturday, not just beautiful in a product tour.
In-page sound, flash and vibration lead the alert. Optional push, SMS and voice keep the signal going beyond the counter.
A random four-digit code protects every ticket. Order numbers alone open nothing.
A notification failure never stops the cashier. The counter keeps moving.
A fast browser experience with optional home-screen installation for customers who want it.
Annual pricing in USD. Every plan starts with the complete core ordering experience.

External SMS, voice and WhatsApp usage is billed at the provider’s cost. No “unlimited” fine print.

No. Ring Ring runs in the browser. Customers scan the counter QR code or open your link, enter their order number and private code, and can add the page to their home screen if they want one-tap access next time.
The tracking page flashes, vibrates and rings after the customer enables sound. Supported devices can also receive web push. Pro adds SMS, voice and WhatsApp options; an external notification failure never blocks the cashier from marking an order ready.
The order number identifies the ticket at the counter, while the random code keeps its tracking page private. An order number alone cannot open tracking, and incorrect codes do not reveal whether an order exists.
Keep the tracking page open and the phone rings and vibrates on ready. Browser notifications cover Android fully; on iPhone they require adding the page to the Home Screen — and an iPhone will not ring if the page is closed or the device is locked. SMS and voice-call alerts (Pro) reach any phone regardless.
Yes, with a setup per location — each location gets its own board, links and QR poster, and locations stay isolated. Ask us about multi-location setup when you enquire.
The Pro plan includes the notification features, but external SMS, voice and WhatsApp usage is billed at the provider’s cost. There are no unlimited claims and no surprise markup.
Tell us a little about your place. No checkout, no pressure — just a practical conversation about your counter.
